One last question.... I was prescribed omeprazole to protect my stomach from the steroid cos i was worried about them, but after reading what lyn said I'm wondering if i should try taking them without this first & see how i get on?

it is a stomach PROTECTOR. Take it daily BEFORE it hurts. A chewed tum is the last thing you need.
